Can we use the rollapp api in a customize way

Actually what i want is when rollmyfie.js api is integrated in website. I will open any file in rollmyfile giving the server path i.e will open the file from my server.Once file gets open and some modification is done than i want to save the file back to my server instead of dropbox , google drive e.t.c
